Forged Temple Fitness LLC (“we,” “us”) operates the Forged Temple Macro Planner app (the “App”). This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Information we collect

• Account: your email address and password (passwords are stored only as a secure hash).
• Profile & body metrics you enter: nickname, gender, birthdate, height, weight, and estimated body‑fat %.
• Health & activity you log: daily body weight, hours of sleep, bowel movements, meals/macros, and food items you add.
• Check‑in photos you choose to upload.
• Coaching: if you enter a coach’s code, a link between your account and that coach.

Using the App without signing in keeps your data only on your device. Signing in stores your data in our cloud so it syncs across your devices.

How we use it

• To provide the App: plan macros, track check‑ins, calculate and auto‑adjust targets, and store your photos.
• If you link a coach, to let that coach view your shared data (macros, check‑ins, weight, logged food, and check‑in photos) read‑only, and to deliver plans they create for you.

Who we share it with

• Your linked coach, as described above. No one else can see your data.
• Service providers: Supabase (our secure database, authentication, and photo storage host) and Cloudflare (hosting/delivery). They process data on our behalf.
• Open Food Facts: when you search a food by name or barcode, only that query is sent to look up nutrition info; no personal data is included.

We do not sell your personal information or share it with advertisers.

Storage & security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored by our providers with encryption at rest. Access is restricted by per‑account security rules; your check‑in photos are stored privately and are viewable only by you and your linked coach.

Your choices & deleting your account

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time in the App: Settings → Account → Delete account. This removes your profile, logs, photos, and coach links from our systems and cannot be undone. You may also contact us to request deletion.

Children

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

We may update this policy; we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above.
